Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman says she and Keith Urban fell “gently” in love with each other. The couple celebrated their second anniversary Wednesday.

Contactmusic.com reports that the “Moulin Rouge” star is enjoying married life with Urban and says it is much different from being married to Tom Cruise. Kidman and Cruise were married for 10 years and separated in 2000.

Kidman said: “We just gently, gently sort of fell into each other. We were just two lonely people who went, ‘Ah, there you are.’”

The couple is expecting their first child this summer.

Everyone is sending messages of congratulations in anticipation for the birth of Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's first child.  But what about the wife of Kidman's ex?

Star magazine reported yesterday an inside source told the tabloid that Katie Holmes, wife to Kidman's famous ex, Tom Cruise, sent the couple a baby basket with toys and essentials, including a Neiman Marcus baby blanket.

The "insider" didn't fail to give the mag a cash amount, saying, "Katie wanted the best of everything in the basket. It cost over $2,000."

No baby baskets for daddy-to-be, his is still working. Urban will make a guest appearance on Lee Ann Womack's new album, Call Me Crazy, which appears in stores this fall.

NICOLE Kidman and Tom Cruise are back together – at least in name – as part of a Gold Coast police operation into chemist robberies and the manufacturing of illegal drugs.

A police spokeswoman said the title Operation Kidman Cruise came about purely by coincidence following the "marriage" of two separate investigations – one called Kidman, and the other called Cruise.

Both operations, involving up to 10 detectives, were looking into the burglary of chemist shops in the police district stretching from Logan to Coolangatta, the spokeswoman said.

A 39-year-old man appeared in Southport Magistrate's Court yesterday charged with 12 break-ins at pharmacies on the Gold Coast, and another four in Northern New South Wales.

He was arrested at midnight on Sunday in Runaway Bay where police also found bags of chemicals, heating elements, and other items used to make drugs in an underground car park.

"This is a significant arrest in halting the supply of illegal drugs on to the streets," acting Detective Sergeant Scott Ingram said.

"Drugs have become more of a problem on the Gold Coast in the last few years, and obviously drugs and property crime go hand in hand."

Pseudoephedrine is commonly found in cold and flu tablets and can be used to make illicit drugs, including ice and speed.

As well as the break-in charges, the man was charged with four counts of bringing stolen goods into Queensland, seven fraud offences and wilful damage.

Despite the arrest, Operation Kidman Cruise was an ongoing investigation, the police spokeswoman said.

Hollywood heavyweights Kidman and Cruise split in December 2000 after almost 10 years of marriage.

Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman will not be naked when she appears on the front cover of Vogue magazine next month, reports reveal.

A representative of the Moulin Rouge star said the actress and singer will wear a custom-made dress by Oscar-winning costume designer Catherine Martin instead, it has been reported.

Controversial photographer Annie Leibovitz will be behind the camera just months after her racy photos of teenage singing sensation Miley Cyrus hit the headlines.

A source told E! Online: "There is no nude cover. They're just gorgeous Annie pics."

As the impending birth of their first child nears, Nicole Kidman and hubby Keith Urban have been spotted all over Nashville, Tennessee the past few days.

The cute couple shared an affectionate moment after Kidman’s pregnancy check-up at their local Nashville hospital on Thursday morning (June 5).

According to an eyewitness, “The expectant mother arrived with a blonde assistant and spent an hour inside the facility before Urban arrived to join her. The two had a romantic embrace when they were reunited and Urban even held his wife’s handbag as he kissed her and placed his hand on the small of her back. After chatting for a bit, Keith, who had arrived with three body guards in tow, climbed back into his towncar to speed off to the CMA Festival that he was set to perform at for the night.”

Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman has laughed off reports she is to follow in the footsteps of Demi Moore and Britney Spears by posing naked and pregnant for a magazine shoot.

The Australian star is expecting her first child with husband Keith Urban and was rumored to have striped off for a provocative photo spread with legendary photographer Patrick Demarchelier.

But Kidman admits that although she did take part in a shoot with Demarchelier, she did not bare all, and finds the idea of her posing naked while pregnant "hilarious."

She says, "'It's total nonsense. It was not that kind of a shoot.

"It's madness to think I did that or was even asked to do that. I'm just looking forward to having and caring for our baby."

Both Moore and Spears posed for controversial shoots for fashion magazines while they were pregnant, with Moore star gracing the cover of Vanity Fair in 1991 and the singer following suit in Harper's Bazaar in 2006.

Reports claiming that Nicole Kidman was set to follow in the footsteps of Demi Moore and Britney Spears by posing naked while pregnant for a magazine shoot with legendary photographer Patrick Demarchelier.

Kidman laughs at the rumors, and admits that although she did take part in a shoot with Demarchelier, there was no nudity involved and that she finds the idea of posing naked while pregnant “hilarious.”

Sydney paparazzo Jamie Fawcett has blasted internet blogger Perez Hilton over his Nicole Kidman baby-gender claims.

Hilton declared on Wednesday that the actress and husband Keith Urban were expecting a baby boy, citing "sources close to Nicole Kidman".

However, Fawcett believes the media commentator is taking a wild guess at the baby's gender as a way to "keep his name in the headlines".

"We've obviously been looking for telltale signs of the gender on their various shopping excursions, and I can tell you there have been none," Fawcett told ninemsn.

"No one outside their close family could possibly know.

"I can guarantee you, they aren't spilling the details they are treating the pregnancy with military precision and secrecy."

Hilton's "exclusive" story gained world attention and was widely referenced by countless media outlets.

"When I saw the story was picked up by mainstream media around the world, I was left scratching my head," Fawcett said.

NICOLE KIDMAN SAYS TOM CRUISE IS TURNING THEIR KIDS AGAINST HER

Back through the mists of time when Tom Cruise was a big film star and Nicole Kidman could pick a decent script, the two stars adopted some children. Since the divorce the children, called Bella and Connor, have lived with Tom and not seen that much of Nicole as she's travelled the world making cack films and getting knocked up by a country singer called Urban. Worse, the kids call Katie Holmes 'Mum', which must be confusing as Holmes can only be about a year older than they are.

Of course the fact Nicole doesn't see much of Bella and, um, the other one, is actually Tom's fault! Yes!

She's been telling anyone who'll listen in interviews that the sprogs have been "manipulated by their father" to distance them from her.

Now is it just us, or is her logic slightly flawed: if she had time to see her kids at all then Cruise wouldn't be able to manipulate them would he?
